Beginning any diet, Paleo or otherwise, is always difficult, but the recipes in this cookbook are easy to follow and delicious. Parents, especially those who have children who are diagnosed with Celiac disease, will benefit from the healthy recipes in this cookbook. It includes recipes for all times of day, including breakfast, lunch, dinner, and snacks. The recipes cover all of the major food groups and are amusing and colorful to create. This cookbook is even useful for those who do not have gluten sensitivity, because it is filled with nutritious and energy-packed meals.

But this wonderful book will certainly be of big help. It contains 40 kid friendly recipes that kids would certainly love. Kids can really be picky with certain foods that they’re not familiar with. However, with these proven recipes, you will have plenty of options for kids to eat and enjoy. The recipes are easy to prepare and it has detailed instructions on how to cook them so you won’t have any probems with it. But what is best is that they are all healthy foods that are good for their health.

I tried out the smoothies mostly, like the Reese's Cup and the Choco-Cado, but I also tried the Teriyaki Grill Master Chiken Skewers, and they were all incredibly yummy! I'm sure your kids will enjoy all the recipes in this book, and I recommend to make the snacks and treats for birthday parties as well. Absolutely recommended!
