I haven't taken the time to see how useful they are. The recipes could of been posted by the condition that they are to cure. I did mix lavender oil with the carrier almond oil. I rubbed it on my face. For the first time in months my jaws relaxed.

Such an eye opening book, even for someone who has implemented lavender oil for years. Must read for health practitioners, massage therapists and every one else on the planet! Great guide to have on my kindle everywhere I am, I always have a use for the oil itself. I am asstounded why with all the benefits of these miraculous herbs and oils that in western medicine its pretty much non existent. Self knowledge is the greatest discovery of all!

He gives a lot of good information on how to use Lavender & for what situations. He also gives the websites to back up the science behinds studies that have been done. I also really like reading the recipes he includes with his books. I recommend this book. The only thing that would be better is if he would be more specific on how many drops to use in every instance.
