There is a list of 10 healthy foods containing hidden sugars, that certainly was an eye opener. There is also an interesting discussion on artificial sweeteners as well how to know you are a sugar addict. Then, there is a comprehensive plan for a sugar detox. This book is well written, the author shares lots of his own experience with his own sugar detox and explains very well what happens to your body when you go through the detox which he suggest to follow in 3 phases. Highly recommend book for anyone wanting to know more about sugar addiction and detox.

Well Balanced and Informative By Jeanie Sugar Addiction Mastery is a great book for anyone who is just thinking about detoxing and getting their bodies all cleaned out. The author discusses kicking the addiction to sugar and describes the different steps needed to do so. This book is not for the faint-hearted and the author takes their time to explain all of the difficult situations one might face by detoxing and getting off sugar. But they also discuss all the benefits you will have once you completely detox and get the body clean and free from sugars. Well balanced and informative!
