I knew I needed a big change. A year ago I started eating better and that helped a lot, but I was still not as happy as I should have been. I knew I should be exercising but after a long day at work and a long night with the boys, I was exhausted! The last thing I wanted to do was go to the gym. I was so excited to find this book! It was exactly what I needed at this time. It was a really easy book to read and follow and also so relatable. I started following the routines and the kids thought it looked fun. They love playing with mommy. Now my 3 year old gets the book out and flips through it and shows me the exercises he wants to do. It is exactly the motivation I needed to start moving and to be a good example for my boys.

By Love my kindle I was looking for a book as a gift for a friend that have 2 kids,she used to be very much into exercising but now she doesn't have much time, so searching here for workout book's I stumble upon The Moody Mommy Workouts ,I looked into it and send to my friend. When she got it she called me and oops she was not a happy camper,(by the way she's been a bit "B" I mean cranky lately) so do you think that I'm fat!!!! Well not really, I just thought that this book can help you get you back in track and have some fun with your kids too.Well thank you anyway, is a good thing that your my best friend so it was left there. I few weeks later I went to the beach, and to my surprise there she was ,on her back and bouncing her toddler up and down! ! MOG SO SHE FINALLY LOST IT!!!! I RAN OVER TO SAFE THE POOR KID! AS I GOT CLOSURE I SEE THAT ALL 3 OF THE WE'RE HAVE NO FUN.SHE WAS DOINGEXERCISESFROM THE BOOK ANDROID SHE SAID SHE REAL LO LIKE IT.So I will definitely will recommend this book to all new mothers and I am buying another as baby shower gift, hey I might go and workout with her,I don't have kids so I got to borrow hers !!!!

By Vyacheslav Fingerman I am a full time working mom with limited time with my child and time to excercise. This book has helped me realize that excercising with my child is healthy for both of us. We get the bonding time we love together and the excercise we both need. The author is a working mom so she understands the time constraints that go with that role. She has created workout sessions that will fit shorter time spans and longer ones too, excercise with children of different ages and routines you can do with your partner or alone. The book is clearly illustrated and easy to follow. There are nutritional tips and general lifestyle tips which have helped me change some bad habits. It's inspirational and uplifting. Excercise is so important for all family members. This book encourages healthy, happy families! I'm so glad I bought it, love this author!
