2 of 2 people found the following review helpful. Give it a try! By dlynns Don't be fooled by the title! Some body types SHOULD eat veggies, but some, like mine, should not. After having digestion problems for years I read this book and implemented the guidelines and am happy to say my problems have really cleared up. It's easy to understand and is truly worth a try. There are many different health problems that can be helped simply bying knowing and adhereing to your body type's diet. Two thumbs up!

When I first got hold of this book I read it over and over again, and then decided to try the foods relevant to my constitution. It meant I had to give up apples, root vegetables and nuts among many others, as well as buckets of Vitamins and other food supplements. Since I started to follow Dr Song’s recommendation, I have been able to take a long walk which was not possible before due to my chronic sciatica. Now I am in my 7th month with this regime, mainly consisting of pork, barley, leafy vegetables and seafood and feel much healthier and fitter than ever before.The author challenges the medical world to research and establish DNA mapping with matching diet for the 4 different body types so that everyone can enjoy good health with the diet suitable to her or his body type. We all should be grateful to Dr Song for introducing this great idea to the English speaking world.

His book and it's suggestions work By harry After months of seeing a western Doctor for an array of issues - fatigue, digestive, and so forth a friend sent me to see Dr. Song.His treatment works!!! after one month of following his recommendations on diet for my body type ( sadly i am not the type to eat veggies)i feel mich, much better!! His book and it's suggestions work. And if you get a chance go see Dr Song. He's great
