By Dan Munro I've found that getting present and being consciously aware of objective reality (as much as possible) is so vital to enjoying life. Unfortunately there are very few resources that really explain how to apply this concept to real-life... until now. Master Your Mindspace takes you through the practical application of mindfulness and presence so that you can actually do it.I'm so grateful to Michael Atma for putting his wisdom and thoughts together for us to be able to digest and apply in a way that gets measurable results. I now have a guide for being a calmer, more present and conscious person. Thanks Michael!
3 of 3 people found the following review helpful. A Book for all Reasons By Lyn Nurick This book by Michael Atma is quite amazing. Not only is it easy reading, it is also helping me in so many ways. I was expecting the usual run of the mill self-help book, but this is something special. The simple to follow steps for various situations have given me a zest for life again and the stories of the author's life were very inspiring. A book for those who need to turn their lives around with the help of meditation. My only complaint is that I didn't want the book to end. Looking forward to more of his work.

It is written in a way that is easy to read, it’s interesting and engaging and will open your mind to the possibilities that exist when you use the power of your mind. Michael Atma gives the reader powerful insights and uses his own personal experiences as examples. In every chapter there are 5 minute exercises that you can choose to do each day. This is excellent for everyone, especially in these times when most people are time-poor.Committing to five minutes per day is all it takes to begin making changes that will enhance all areas of your life. While reading this book for review I noticed changes in my own mindset – positive changes, changes I liked.This is the first book by Michael Atma I have read and I will definitely be looking out for more of his inspiring work. I highly recommend his latest book.Jennie J
