This book will explain what are benefits of practicing mindfulness, and what are consequences for not practicing. Besides, it will provide you answers to common questions so you will solve some doubts regarding it. I like the chapter that provides suggestions for application of mindfulness in treatment of prisoners, patients, pupils and many other categories. I give it 4 stars only because the language could be improved.

This is the quote that the book builds on and stresses the importance of achieving this highest human potential. To do this, the book teached about mindfulness meditation and explains the rewards of practicing mindfulness, shows the application of mindfulness through techniques and practice. The insights on mindfulness helps us be in the present and enjoy the present. I highly recommend this book.
