I had actually never heard of it before so it was interesting to read all about it in this book. I like how the author explains it in a way that every reader can understand. She then goes into how to start one and gives you recipes to try while on the diet. Though I probably won't do this diet, I'll be trying some of the recipes included in the book. My goal is to eat completely healthy while trying some great new recipes. This book was written well though I wish she had included some illustrations throughout the book.

Packed Full of Motivation By Nathan Isaac I have been concentrating on eating right without processed foods for some time now and my biggest problem is staying motivated and finding recipes and dishes to make at home that are easy to make. This books is packed full of motivation as well as several great recipes in chapter 7 to help me out. I only took off one star because I would have liked to see more recipes but the few that were provided look great and I can't wait to try them all.

By J Grey I love the Atkins Diet as I am a big meat eater :)This book is a great guide to the diet, it is well writtena nd easy to followI love the carb ladder, that is very usefulThe section on how to maintain the weight loss is very important and a great asset to the book.The recipes in the book are nicely laid out and simple to follow.Thanks Sarah :)
