By FrumpySyllable Ok, I should mention that I have not read the entire book thus far, but the few pages I've read thus far have already left a great impression on me that I could not help but to write a review. I'm currently preparing for my upcoming Med Term class this coming fall, and so that should tell you that I have no prior learning experiences with the material. I did recently start "Medical Terminology for Dummies," but had to stop reading the book because it left me confused. I found this book and have immediately fell in love as the material seems (at least thus far) to be presented in a very logical and easy to understand format. It doesn't leave out important information that may be vital to understanding the material, but it also doesn't overwhelm and add fluff that is not needed. Another thing I really enjoy is the many learning/study opportunities they provide, which really helps with retaining information.Overall, it's an excellent book for anyone new to the material. Highly recommend!
