About the Author Rob has been frustrated by the fitness industry's sneaky marketing tactics that take advantage of women who need real help with a real plan that can be applied to a real life situation. Rob has been involved in the fitness industry for 15 years working in all different settings including health care, women's fitness (he ran an all women's bootcamp for 5 years). After all that you would think he knows something about women. (ya right, he's not a genius but he does know fitness!) He has been the director of a sports performance center, worked in major health clubs, several major corporations, and  with all fitness levels from novice to professional athletes. His goal is to have women realize that when real life gets in the way, you can still stick with it and be a success. When not managing a health club, Rob enjoys keeping his 2 labs (Gracie and Graham and now newly added rescue dog, Izzy AKA Itchy) busy and out of the garbage can as they like to keep tabs on who ate what. He is also a certified baseball umpire through the WUA. Being that he is from Wisconsin, he will always be a Brett Favre Fan! Go Pack Go!

By Rikki Robert shows that we all can do it at our own speed, the main point is you need to make up your own mind that is is time to change your life style. You are doing this for yourself not anybody else so when you are truely ready to make a change this book will help you.We all need support from family and friends, It is not a easy way out it is a life style change that clearly shows each individual can do it.This does not mean that you can't treat yourself to something special occasionally,just not all the time.You also must schedule time for yourself each day. Many of us have jobs, children with after school activities, meals to prepare and much more. The personal time is very important. We need to make our goals stick and that only can happen if we have scheduled our time. (our time means our very own personal time that nobody can take away from us) and that might be a little hard but reading the book you will find it can be done. You need to be ready to change your eating habits and exercise routine.. Once nobody can do it for you ,you need to want it.Reminder this is for you.If you want to be helped the book can help you. I hope you all enjoy "HOW DOES SHE DO IT' .It shows that we all can succeed doing it our way with some guide lines from Robert and the support of family and friends.

It's well written, easy to understand, and includes some humor, as he speaks the truth. So why read it so many times over? Because it is packed full of so much useful information, that I've learned something new each time through. Applying it to your own life is where the challenge comes in. He gives the tools/resources on how to do so, but ultimately it's up to you. You have got to be ready! As I've heard him say many times, "It's quite simple. I didn't say it was going to be easy, but it is simple." The complexity/confusion comes from all the other misinformation out there. He cuts through all of that for you and shoots it to you straight on how to be successful once and for all. What are you waiting for?

Three women, three different age ranges, three different lifestyles and all with results. The author offers literal writing, good level of understandable knowledge and every now and then a perfectly placed 'pop' of humor. I enjoyed the 'science' the author included. The book was referred to me by a friend. I am glad she shared.
