Like a real vacation By Amazon Customer Like a real vacation...Strange Vacation is going to take you away from everything, paint a smile on your overworked features and give you a feeling of having done something good for your soul when you return to reality. By Mark Spyrison If you owe it to yourself to laugh-out-loud, and we'll assume here that you do, this book will serve that end. The colorful characters are a hoot; the zany antics are hysterical. Whittington's writing style is refreshing and demonstrates a real flair rarely seen in prose. Though wholly original, this is the sort of novel and cast of characters P.G. Wodehouse would've been proud to have inspired.

I just finished reading this wacky book and am still smiling. Think P.G. Wodehouse meets Louis L'Amour, with a hefty dollop of suspense and mystery. Being a fan of all four genres, I enjoyed this story immensely. If you're in the mood for a hilarious story with plenty of action and suspense, featuring characters about an inch deep yet completely likable, try it. You won't be disappointed.*I was given a copy of this book by the author but was in no way obligated to write a positive review. I genuinely like it!
