1 of 1 people found the following review helpful. A Great Book By J.S. Robert This was a great book. I had a little bit of experience with meditation back in college, but nothing very serious. I was not an expert by any means. It is now years later, and with my job, I am constantly stressed out. My wife has been recommending that I take up meditation to help myself relax -and hopefully be more pleasant to be around :-)I found that this book was a great guide to the fundamentals of meditation and I learned quite a bit. I am still not an expert (that will take years of practice), but by consistently practicing I have found myself to be less stressed and more at peace. Even my wife has noticed a change, and that in itself is worth the price of this book.

In some way it helped you relax and spiked up my interest in doing the exercises right away. It seems it radiates the peace you can get from all the information. I can't wait to practice and do the things the author has given.
