A dog has been known as man’s best friend and this book shows not only a child’s love for their puppy, but the responsibility of looking after a puppy.The rhyming story shows the joy on a child's face when greeted by their puppy wagging its tail, when they go out doors to play catch, having fun when doing chores, and while at the park, the puppy is given a juicy bone. A child loves the excitement a puppy shows and they are thankful to God for their puppy.The illustrator captured each scene wonderfully with bold and bright colors.
