By RedMoonRisingStudios This is one of the most practical books I've read on meditation thus far and I've read several. I really liked the chapter that gives you the specifics on the different types of meditation including how to do them. The book has easy to follow steps that makes the process simplified. It also reviews different poses and the actual benefits of doing meditation. I knew that it was good for clearing your mind and reducing stress but didn't realize so many other benefits were there like slowing aging (wow!) and helping you deal with negative emotions and addictions. Great book!

Fantastic By Karina Hellman I will clarified something first, I love this kind of books, content about spiritual, mystical types ... are definitely so interesting.. This book has anything that you need, since how you can put your mind in white without thinking in anything to how to recovery yourself about any damage suffer in the past, how can you elevate in your higher self and be pure.. It's really amazing this book.. Highly recommended.
