I've been search for ages to find a weight loss guide to suit my needs but everywhere I went, I couldnt find the right one, but I stumbled upon this guide. To be honest, I really doubted that Smoothies could result in a weight loss. It had changed my perspective of what I could and couldn't eat that would influence my weight loss. I have never bought anything that has made me disappointed and this is one of them!

It contains an introduction on how to lose weight with smoothies. Included in this book, lot of smoothie recipes with different flavors such as mango, blueberry, peanut butter, melon, chocolate, peach, and many more. This book is very highly recommended for me.
