The author provides ample insight into the resistance one might feel, when starting to meditate. There is a very accepting tone and language, when describing the reasons and excuses one might make, to not meditate. And I LOVE how the focus is on taking baby steps- just breathing. The possibilities for me seem endless right now. And what is great is that the book talks about customizing the meditation experiences as per the needs and situation of the person. Inspiring read.

Being a beginner such as myself mediating is not easily grasped by doing it just 1 time, you have to do regularly just like an exercise. Not all who meditate have the same style that are suitable for you, you have to find the right for you, so you have take your time finding that what is best for you.The book even covers downfalls of mediating in the wrong way, finding time to meditate and it also covers alternative to meditations at chapter 10.
