By Alexandra Hellinger Want glowing skin, healthy hair, strong nails, and an all-around beautiful radiance? Then, it’s time to ditch that botox and scalpel and discover beauty from the inside. So many practitioners neglect the root cause of your health problems and simply only treat the symptoms.Dania Drewing _Vanity Nutrition_ reveals how the best beauty products are by making nutritional changes. She presents the surprising beauty benefits of the whole foods you’ve known all along. This book is well written, well researched, and very informative. She also has a small section for your personal notes to pin point and analyze your main areas of concern. It's an easy, fun read, and incredibly well summarized to pack a lot of information into a fairly small book. I still turn to this when I need a quick reference. Buy it!! This book has a wealth of knowledge on how you create beautiful skin, nails and hair for life.5 STARS!

Craig Clearly this author has done her research and cares about us, the reader. Thank you Dania for providing such amazing information about our bodies and how different types of food affects it. Simple, clear and effective tips to get us looking and feeling great.

1 of 1 people found the following review helpful. Sensibly simple By Ann A. Eat your veggies, drink lots of water, get plenty of sleep. It sounds so simple - because it is! Dania Drewing provides a wealth of information from a variety of sources- conventional medicine (Mayo Clinic, NIH); traditional healers (dry body brushing, green tea); popular culture (Dr. Oz, WebMD) so you can find health, beauty and wellness on your own. It's much more fun and certainly less expensive to sip a glass of organic red wine and nibble on dark chocolate. So walk away from the scalpel, the syringe and the surgical suite. Open your fridge, pick up a fork and learn how you can radiate health and beauty from within, sensibly and simply.
