This book was a little different than the other books by this author as it starts with Damien Grayson looking to headhunter Eliza t get her to work for him. However behind that the true story is he has realized she is his mate and he knows that with her past she might very well run from a mate so he had devised a way to get her to meet him with the hope that she will accept him as her mate.From the moment they meet there is an instant attraction and then the book just stars getting hot hot and even hotter still. These two burn up the pages as they allow their desires too awaken.I loved this short story and look forward to more of them. The author has managed to make a short story full of romance, passion and a HEA and make it believable. I highly recommend this book, this author to everyone who lives romance and or shifter books. I am sure you will love it as much as I did. Be sure to pick up a copy, you will be very glad that you did.

I love these short stories because they are so different! Eliza was kinda funny. Shes a tough little she-wolf. Refuses to bow down and is her own woman..errr...she-wolf. Mr. Grayson...he was an alpha to the core...sexy! He is also very protective and kind. The best Alpha's right?
