I use essentials oils all the time. I have never thought of growing my own and this book does a great job of telling how to grow the herbs. The book also explains what the herbs do and how to use them. I feel I do learn something from this eBook. This book is one I will have to refer back to so I can try growing my own. I am very happy that I found this book and was able to read it and it gave me information I needed.

It had a nice introduction; however, it was not detailed as I thought it would be. It would have been better if it had the special and rare herbs I was looking for. Sadly, I am already aware of the different uses for most these. Some of these uses are not accurate and still needs more detail on what other cases it could cure. Some treatments have different effects in cases of asthma and sinus problems-a person could still have an allergic reaction to some of the ingredients.

Chap 3 The 30 Most Common Herbs Used for Medicinal Purposes, speaks for itself. Chap 4-8 is medical conditions and herbs o use for them. This is a good book for someone that is beginning to use herbs to improve their health.

If you want to read a great novel, then be sure to pick up this book. I was totally engrossed in the childrens' adventure as they followed the high wires, hopefully to safety. They run into plenty of trouble along the way that keeps you guessing, and turning the pages. The ending absolutely leads into a follow up book---which I hope the author is working on! I highly recommend Caryl's newest book!

Earth’s a whole new world & nothing like Eden By Harold Wolf This is a new dystopian adventure series that surprisingly gripped me fast and held me furiously till the end. I love Caryl McAdoo historical Christian fiction, and was nearly as engrossed in this futuristic melee. Caryl McAdoo turns a Texas town story into an end times-like thriller from the git-go. McKenzie & Coop are left at home with older brother Jackson as all power and electronics cease to function. It’s a bit more modern than Jerry B Jenkins “Left Behind” series which based events on Biblical prophecy. McAdoo draws on Survivalists’ (Preppers’) current mindsets for this futuristic story picture. The youths’ only escape route is a 100 mile road to “Meems” & “Pops.” What they’re about to face will feel more like a million miles of Hades.Thugs, pit bull, kidnappers, divine intervention aka miracle, drug runners, wild animal threats, murders, (that just gets them to the city limits) are all a part of this YA story with teenage primary characters, banded by circumstance into “rag tag survivalists.” They trek to a destination unknowing of what will be found, if intact, over miles where rules of law has turned extinct. It’s gripping, but worth the read for those enjoying this type of futuristic thriller; with a sprinkling of a Christian thread.A few preview pages of “The Sixth Trumpet”, 2nd of the “Days of Dread Trilogy” suggest some of the young group will return into the havoc in search of a lost parent.(No release date as yet posted by New Years Day 2016)

By debbie curto The King's Highway (Days of Dread Trilogy Book 1) by Carly McAdoo is a book that really kept this reader on edge, wanting to know what was going to happen next. I had no idea what the book was about when I signed up to be on the book tour, I just knew I liked the author's ( Texas Romance Series) and thought I am sure this series would be just as good. Well, I was not disappointed, it was good!This novel, I think is written for middle grade scholars and though I am way past middle school I was devouring the journey these children were on.I must warn future readers, if you don't want to read about things that are going on in today's world such as murdering, thieving and drug use, don't read this book. Even though I have given this warning, it is a Christian book with no cursing and no sex scenes. Just a true picture of what is happening more and more in today's world.What would you do if everything you know was suddenly missing in your world, electricity and water and even your sense of safety? Well that has happened to Jackson and "his people" and he must lead them to safety! The journey is unbelievable. Is it an alien or a shape shifter or is it God leading them and keeping them on the King's Highway?I have one complaint, the book leaves you wanting more and we have to wait!I am giving the book five stars.I was given a Advance Reader Copy by Celebrate Lit for my honest review! The opinions are my own!

I can't think of a more concise way to begin teaching your baby about this powerful story.These Little Words Matter books are filled with the fun and engaging illustrations by Holli Conger. Each page of the board book has a simple word that not only tells part of the story depicted but also allows little fingers to flip the pages as fast as their attention spans will allow.Don't think for a minute that these words will have little impact. As I read them aloud I could feel the story building and that is also what your child will feel as they grow and continue to read and learn more and more about the Bible and the stories that are contained within.I received a copy of this book to facilitate my review.

About the Author Nick Spalding is an author who, try as he might, can't seem to write anything serious. Before becoming a full-time author, he worked in the communications industry, mainly in media and marketing. As talking rubbish for a living can get tiresome (for anyone other than a politician), he thought he'd have a crack at writing comedy fiction - with a very agreeable level of success so far, it has to be said. Nick has now sold over half a million books, and still can't quite believe his luck. Nick lives in the South of England with his fiancée. He recently had to turn 40 - and is rather annoyed at the universe because it gave him no choice in the matter; he also suffers from the occasional bout of insomnia, is addicted to Thai food, and still thinks Batman is cool.

Especially don't read the NOAH'S ARK scene in a doctors waiting room. I thought they were going to call an ambulance for me.This book is without a doubt the funniest book I have ever read. I rarely find anything funny enough to laugh out loud but I rolled through this book. If you missed the first 3 books, you have to go back and read them. The world is a troubled place. We need to laugh more. Beware...there is profanity. Only problem I had was how spoiled their daughter was. She needs to be reigned in and set some limits.

I actually found myself laughing out loud at a book, as I do quite often with his. And these days, it just feels like I'm growing older with these characters; I don't want this series to end. I can't wait for the next where they visit Boston. I wish more books were as well-written and planned, with fleshed out characters.

Every one of his books is flat out funny from front to back.....not only the situations he writes about, but the way he describes things. He's such a GUY. If you want to LOL and don't mind a few f-bombs, you'll love this series! :-)

Everything from ebooks to affiliate marketing through sites such as Clickbank are covered here. The list of the 5 top digital websites at the back of the book was very useful as I hadn’t heard of a couple of them. The digital world is large and getting larger and sometimes it is hard to wrap your mind around it. This book is a good start in doing just that.

It is a nice overview of the online digital tools needed to be successful. Easy read, written for everyone (non techies).The only thing missing is a small chapter on how to do podcasts.

Samuel Clarke (1675-1729) was the compiler of this eminent book of Precious Bible Promises (1750). "Whereby are given unto us Exceeding Great and Precious Promises: that by these ye might be partakers of the Divine Nature" (2Pe 1:4). As an English academic, theologian, and preacher, Clarke would be found mastering Isaac Newton's new system of the Universal Laws of Motion and translating an invaluable textbook to introduce and promote Newton's position (1697), defending the Christian religion in A Discourse concerning the Being and Attributes of God, the Obligations of Natural Religion, and the Truth and Certainly of the Christian Revelation (1705), serving as a chaplain to Protestant Queen Anne of England (1705), translating Isaac Newton's Optics (1706), expounding upon the Tri-Unity of God in his celebrated treatise The Scripture Doctrine of the Trinity (1712), refusing the secular post of Master of the Mint (1727) upon the death of Sir Isaac Newton (whom he would have replaced), and accumulating ten volumes of his own sermons (published posthumously); but, best remembered by many Christians is his compilation of Precious Bible Promises, which shows us that Dr. Samuel Clarke had not only a keen intellect, but a true understanding of the evangelical "faith which worketh by love" (Gal 5:6) and its attendant Promises. "Let him that glorieth glory in this, that he understandeth and knoweth Me, that I am the LORD which exercise lovingkindness, judgment, and righteousness, in the Earth: for in these things I delight, saith the LORD" (Jer 9:24). The Bible is a book of such transcendent worth, and so happily suited to all the parts and purposes of the Christian life, that it can never be too much recommended to the world; every thing that allures the world to peruse it, is a blessing to mankind. And though it is hard for our narrow capacities to grasp and take in its several distinguishing excellences at one view, yet, if we take a separate survey of the doctrines and duties, the promises and threatenings, the prophecies and histories, which are contained therein, each of them will afford us an awful or a delightful prospect, with lessons for special improvement.
